Owner of Xcelerate Sports Development (XSD21), has more than 20 years of experience in personal training with an emphasis in speed development. He has worked with athletes ranging from the beginner to numerous high school and D1 college recruits up to professional athletes, improving and enhancing explosive movement and overall speed. Frank is also head sprint coach for Need 4 Speed Track Club located in Tucker, GA. In his 10 years coaching track he has had multiple athletes to be finalists as well as national champions. Coordination, balance, spatial awareness, and mobility are also key components of athletic development. The ultimate goal is to build a stronger, quicker, more agile and injury resistant athlete thru teaching proper mechanics and strengthen the body in an approach to build power and speed.
