Service Description

Strength training is a very important factor of an athlete’s performance. Weak athletes lack the confidence and stamina to perform task at their highest level. At XSD21 we provide our athletes with the physical and mental strength and toughness to last the whole game and season, through Core strength, stability, one leg strength, balance and injury resistant exercises. Xplosive Vertical Jump 
6 Weeks Maximum Vertical Power 
including • Vertimax Training & Yoga
 • Athlete Certified Testing Week 1 & Week 6 • Injury prevention through increased strength, mobility, correct technique and coaching on active recovery throughout training.
